hey everybody, new gut with a new guy question.
my schedule. classes from 9 am to 3 p.m. mon -thurs (history major) work from 5 p.m. to 1:30 ammon to fri. 3 kids pregnant wife, mother in law lives with me.
i havent ran or lifted since i left the Marines Nov of 09.
im ready to hear the "eat clean", because i havent been, i dont even like fast food anymore, thats how much ive been eating it, sodad and red bulls too.
5 fot 8, 207, big ass gutt, lol.
so, i am not, and have never taken any steroids, the only supplement ive ever bought is hydroxycut, and i didnt like the way they made me fill, bottles 2 years old.(those still good?).
so after all that damn vomiting of the mouth (or fingetips i should say)
SHOULD I WORK OUT, BEFORE SCHOOL,AFTER SCHOOL, BEFORE WORK,OR AFTER WORK? Gentleman, i hate to sound like an idot, but the last thing is, how LONG should i be working out, as you can see from above, i have very little "free" time, and i have to make it last....last thing, im not blanning on doing anything untill i get down to 180. lbs, is this a good taget weight or should i set a time limit instead 3 months,6months,etc.
