im 6'1" 245. 29 yrs old bout 18%bf training since high school. on my fourth cycle now and have yet to get absolutely chizzled? my diet is tight when im on and not so tight when im off, do to my career. bench 400 squat 500 deadlift 500. im fairly satisfied with those weights just would love to get rid of these love handles and lower back fat! i understand that they are genetic just want your input to help me break the mold......
