After two years of training/diet I had no decent gains in mass. However after adding AS is it possible to have gained 3 pounds of muscle in less than three weeks?

Try to learn about proper nutrition and training.
Another reason could be that you didn't got enough rest or maybe it is lack of motivation.
It is allways better to train for some time naturally and learn the basic techniques , nutrition and you need to spend time to research all thease compounds , because you will run into a lot of trouble if you don't know how thease roids work.
Most of guys here have trained many years naturally , before doing any cycles.
What are your stats?
