I didn't see any diet sections.. if I missed it please move this for me.
Can someone please critique my diet for me I am 5'9" 175ish pounds right now (thanks work for making me do so much cardio lately)
3 am Protien bar with 20g protein and a low fat yogurt
830 am 3 eggs 2 pieces whole grain toast w veggie oil butter stuff and a piece of random fruit
11 am turkey sandwich unsalted nuts and almonds
3pm protien shake
6 pm baked or grilled chicken a vegetable and some random starch
9 some cheese and a fiber one bar
I know its not great but unfortunately my job kind of messes up any chance of having an exact eating schedule, and I am aware I probably need to bump up my calorie intake AND my protein intake. any ideas would be appreciated.
