    Exclamation Muscle loss question?

    so ive been away from the gym for about 2 weeks and all ive been doing is push ups and dumb bell curls with like 10 pounds because thats all they had but i could do much more. so my question is, will i lose muscle in my chest and arms? but i was working it out hard

    I kind of get what you mean but TBH your post makes no sense at all.

    Are you in a calorific surplus?

    Diet would be a big factor to take in consideration to answer this question...

    I will give a generic answer and say no, you will not loose muscle mass if you stopped heavy lifting for 2 weeks if you are in a calorific surplus....

    lol why bother with 10lb dumbbells, go find a tree and do some pullups
