Too many variables to answer a question of this nature. Diet, genetics, rest, training, and compounds.

Did you realize that cycling at your age will more than likely cause irreversable damage to your HPTA and endocrine system resulting in depression, ED, No libido (you won't want to have sex), and a lifetime of hormone and/or Testosterone Repla***ent therapy? Your HPTA and Endocrine is still developing at your age...doing steriods now would be a very foolish and childish mistake. I hope you consider this.

I just got done bulking with about 5000 calories a day (only on training days) minus cheat meals. Adding whole eggs to un-rinsed ground beef with massive amounts of white rice. Most people would shit their pants if they say a 5000 calorie diet on paper.

with out portion sizes that can be 2000 calores.
i cant see how anyone can eat 5000 cal and be 180. You would have to burn a crazy amount of calories a day

First you need to break down your diet a bit more carbs, proteins and fats. You honestly shouldn't be running a cycle yet. I'm a bit confused though are you trying to loose weight or bulk up?

if you really are taking in 5000 clean calories with a good split at your age you shouldn't need to cycle at all.

Only typed half a thought on the first one.

5000 cals clean is a b!tch. I tried and even with eating 4lbs of chicken breast a day on my best days I was hitting maybe 4000 "clean". It's an enormous amount of chicken, rice, and veg to add up to 5000 cals.

I will say next cycle Milk is going to be my best friend. Acne be damned.

I’ve asked you nicely a few times now to not keep asking the same questions over and over. You are too young, period.
No member here will give someone your age the “advice” you seek.

This is getting old. Please stop

Sorry bro but ANYONE who asks a question like that is just asking for it ...
Train natural for a couple of years and that will teach you how to lift for bodybuilding purposes (that will smoothen your lifting movements etc) so you can stress the desired muscle as you like (mind muscle connection or whatever fancy word you want to call it). Try to clean up your diet. BE VERY CONSISTENT. Try to see how much training is enough for you and how much your body's response changes to training.

Boring, simple and yet so freakn hard to do/understand when you are real young and inexperienced.
than use one cycle and see what happens. AFTER THAT your journey will really start even if you do not want to compete. WOW WEEEE
