I have been lifting on and off for 12 yrs or so. I have always just done one body part a day 4-5 sets. I had been out of gym for about a year and I am in my 6 week of p90x. But I am now ready to hit the weights. With my schedual now I would like to do three days a week lifting. I have not done a three day split before nor do I know if it would be good enough while iam cycling. Any help putting together a three day split would be great or if its not a good idea I would like to know also. Thanks in advance
