Im 24yrs old im active most of the time but my career has me in a single position alot. Heavy Equipment operator Dozers,Trackhoe,Cranes, and so on you get the point alot of sitting. It's catching up on me fast i have done cycles in the past in my 4 yrs with the army and 4yrs before playing high school football. I have done winstrol dbol and phena...but i was 18 at the time almost 7yrs ago. What I am trying to do is cut some weight and rebuild strength along with mass. I want to start a cycle a month ago lol but i dont want to come on to strong. Im 5'11'' 225lbs so you can see that I got some work to do. I respect anyone who has a legitimate advice for me.
