hey all,
this is my first time on the forums and i have a couple questions. my new trainer for power lifting says i can only work out 3 days a week ,no more!! im going crazy and kinda skeptical. my goals are size and power i dont really need to be lean but im use to 6 days a week.The routine is primarilly big lifts ,focussing on bench, deadlift, and squats. im on my first cycle of test c. and eat as well and as much as i can. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated,,
