i was wondering what the benefit in a multi ester blend instead of using a long single ester. i have never used sustanon only single esters..i know what its made for but in the bodybuilding realm dont know the benefit.

no difference. at the end of a cycle you will not see any difference in results from sust or test e
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
^^^Yep.
Sust was made is the 80's i believe. They thought it was the amazing test to be. Your gains will be/should be the same.
Some say they started gaining sooner on sust. Maybe "bro science " logic.
sustanon will start acting sooner due to the prop and phenylprop esters, but will also take more time to clear out of your system due to the decanoate ester.
Unless you're competing, I don't see any difference to take the type of Testosterone being used into consideration. I don't buy into the whole "Prop keeps me leaner" bullshit. If you're dieting well, the ester shouldn't matter.
yeah i never understood why test prop was used with tren ace on a cutting cycle...so many injections..test should be test as far as acting on the body..i was just wondering cause i know so many who are wanting sust and not enanthate..i never understood why..thanks for the input guys
well if your injecting tren ace eod you can just do the prop with it. its no more injections
most people want the name Sust. not knowing the difference. or they hear its got 4 test in it and think its better

Sust is an outdated concept created a couple of dozen decades ago. The idea was that based on the blend, you could get the immediate benefit due to the prop, and then the long term benedit due to the (e, c or whatever). So, in theory, it would be the ew or eow injection with smooth blood plasma levels.
That is the theory.
There is a problem with the theory.
Blood plasma levels were NOT stable with an ew or an eow injection protocol.
Yes, there would be the initial spike from the prop. And then the mid and long term esthers would kick in at relevent stages.
Sust was really designed for the first injection. After that, when the long term esthers kick in, then no need for the short term esthers like P. and if pinning ew, then really no need for the mid term esthers either.
And it is expensive.
An inexpensive alternative is to front load with some P, while at the same time start with E as well.
I've always stuck with a single ester like enanthate. Just seems to make more sense having all the test being released at the same time, than having a little released early, a little later, a little later still, and a little much later. I value consistency.
