didn't know which place to post this, move it if it fits somewhere else. it seems that whenever i lay off the weights for a month or two, and get back after it, that my immune system really takes a toll. i supplement multi-vits and try to eat clean, so wondering if i ought to take a slower approach when starting back up? i don't go heavy and try to kill myself the first time back in but i do push myself to the point of exhaustion. just wondering if others have experienced this and if so, what are some ways to combat it. thanks
