    Young and Eager and Overtraining

Hey all, new member here and loving the threads and learning a lot.
    Stats:
    Age: 19
    height: 6'5
    weight: 277 lbs
    bf: 12%
I started my first cycle exactly 5 weeks ago and have loved the results so far put on 47 lbs in those 5 weeks. But, my question is I have been told so much about overtraining and heard all the opinions about it such as; "listen to your body" "train only 3 times a week. push, pull, legs" "spend only a hour in the gym" gets real confusing mostly I like the listen to your body. Thing is with all this new energy with this cycle I want to push more and more and i demand more and more but at what point am I hurting myself?

Way too young to be cycling you're going to do your self some damage, 277lbs @ 12%bf is very doubtfull......very.. And that weight you have put on so far on cycle will be mostly fat and water. Do yourself. A favour drop the cycle run a pct do some research, and invest in some accurate scales and bf calipers either that or get your eyes tested.

Hey I'm not here to lie to you I want actual help not to push an ego. I did my research and got the help I needed from a couple vets and support of my family as long as I get blood wprk every two weeks out of my fathers chiropractic office. I don't need you to be negatively attacking me. I am not looking for that and thought this forum would have more to offer. I use homeopathic supplement along with the cycle which is what has helped my progress and with the blood tests I get my body report also which had me at 12%. Don't talk down to me because of my age I have made my decision and I wish for you to respect it.

Been there done that! even though I was a hardgainer and scrawny when I first started and wanted to overtrain big time when on alot of my cycles, you can still train alot just dont always go so heavy and shrink your muscle fibres you already have when lifting, work on your form and static holds to tighten and strengthen the muscle through contraction without kiling it every training session. Also focus on your cardio the same way, low intensity cardio goes a long way and you can do it for a lengthy time period without doing too much, good luck!

47lbs in 5 weeks? if that is actually true then you need to get an a.i immediately as that is prob borderline dangerous
