    Cut the gut?

I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but I got hurt a few months back and got stuck in a bad habit of beer and crappy food. pizza, burgers.. you know all the stuff that taste good because its killing you. Anyway I developed a nice gut, nothing too huge, but very annoying when I try to tie my shoes ans embarrassing to take my shirt off! I'm about 190ish and 6ft. I'm just getting back to the grind, actually started today because I'm sick of the lethargic life. Anyways, I'm done eating the crap food and will start eating better, my beer kegs gone and after I go out one last time Friday I'm done drinking for a while too. Anyone know a quick way to toss this gut without starving myself? Like any good meal replacement supplements or anything that will allow me to get back on track quickly?

Cardio , training effectively, and most importantly a good solid diet.

Have. Read at the stickies n the nutrition section..3 that have to do with dieting, cutting, tdee.

    Good basic starting points.

Btw 190 at 6ft can't b too fat or evn pudgy...I'm 5'10" 240 20% bf, and I love my size. Just wanna drop bf down.

Yea, I'm not too fat anywhere else, its just all in the gut. It hangs over my belt and drives me nuts. Its the saturated fat that seems to go straight to the gut.. hell I would like a little thickness elsewhere, unfortunately it only goes over my abs... My wife calls it "skinny fat"

Lots of cardio. I had a massive gut. I was at 36% BF and the majority of that was in my gut. Had lean arms and legs. Cardio 45 min. everyday, calorie deficit. That's it. Don't use multiple machines, pick one and stick with it for the entire session for more stable HR hence the burning of fat.

good luck and drink a ton of water and diet green tea.

You and me both. Got back to the gym January of last year (seven years off, bad back injury) at 36% body fat. Cardio and calorie deficit. I don't like dieting or cardio but they are the only to succeed. Damn it.
