So I wanted to stop hijacking a thread in the other forum.

I do cardio for 40 mins in the morning after I lift, fasted. And then in the pm for 30-40mins

Always on the stairmill, not the stair master.

About 3 mins. in my heart rate is at around 174 and can go up as high as 192. stays in this range the entire time of 40 mins

How is this bad?

I am sweating my ass off. And feel fine, other than working pretty hard.

Please tell me how there is something wrong with this.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I am burning more calories.
