Thread: Bis and Tris

    Bis and Tris

    Just a quick question... I do bis and tris in the same day. When working out, I do all my bicep workouts and then start my tricep workouts. Is this ideal? Or should I split it meaning bi workout then tri workout then bi workout and etc. Should I keep switching back and forth or am I good?

    It really depends on the rest of your week. What do your other days look like?

    i follow 3sets of bis with 3sets of tris, and back again.

    I don't have an arm day alone because my arms grow effortlessly. If i were you, i would work the muscle you're lagging behind first.

    Agree with AD!

    I do just one excercise 5sets for each once a week with current workout plan.
