    New kid on the block

    Hey whats guys! I've been working out for 5yrs, I'm 23 weighing 210, not sure what my bf% is...on my second cycle of Var taking 50mg a day. Started seeing really good gains near the end of my first cycle so I'm pretty pumped for this second round. Diet is excellent so everything is on point for me. I'm looking in competing this year really wanting to get that pro card!

    Welcome to the board. Do you have your AI and your pct for the end of your cycle ? Also may I ask how tall are you. Have you done any shows. Also what pro card are you looking to get ?...Please, I'm curious mike. ....also, crazy mike

    I dont have those yet, but for my pct I was going with clomid and my AI novedex.
    I'm 5'11. No none yet, It would be physique bodybuilding IFBB

    Welcome to the forum

    Your PCT would be clomid and nolvadex and you would run your AI through your cycle a-dex or Aromasin and you should have these in place before you start any cycle , and doing an oral only wont give you great gains, You should post your diet in the nutrion section and any cycle you want to do in the steriod Q&A

    I'm picking up my AI and PCT tomorrow. That's good to know, crap I didn't know I should be taking it while i was on my cycle. Just when I thought I read enough.
