I recently bought test p and test Cypionate. I have been told numerous different ways I should pin and where but I am wanting a clear way to run it for how long

I'm a d1 athlete needing to keep everything I gain. One problem I seem to have is we run all the time and I seem to run the weight off. I know my diet hast to improve and this will help me keep my gains but are there ways to help maintain size with so much cardio other then eating?
