    Beginner seeking help

Hi just looking for as much information as possible as I know education is key when it comes to using steroids.

I'm 21 I haven't trained in 9 months but have started back. Basically looking to get into shape for the summer, get big, feel good all the usuals lol

What should I take and when ? Is it possible just to start using straight away once my routine, diet, gym programme is on point ?

I know steroid use is no joke so I want to be educated and confident before I try them so all and any information would be great even where is best to source them.
Thanks in advance and sorry for being so vague lol

    Strong first post

Don't take them, full stop. Just eat a good diet, lift heavy weight and sleep.

Diet is what you need. At 21 your body is surging with natural test...USE IT!! Find your tdee map your protiens, carbs, and fats.

If done properly with a good training regimen you should be able to make a nice transformation for beach season

I know what your saying but at the end of the day doing a cycle is going to help out big time and hopefully speed things up a bit so it's what I'm looking to do

As said in the other thread:

"After an 8 month time frame (12 weeks cycle + 2 weeks off + 4 PCT + 18 weeks off) you will be lucky (and very hard-working) if you have 5 - 7 kg (10 - 15 lbs) of new LBM that you kept. How is that for fast?"

You are young. Train hard and in the 6 months to summer, you can be in a much better shape. Please rethink the "gain muscle fast" thing, it is not always true. With a poorly planned and PCT'ed cycle, it is never. I am sure you can do very well, you have determination to ask and learn, there are so much to learn in training and diet. Make use of your curiosity and boldness.

On another note, please rethink the "feel good" part of steroid use. First, steroids should never be used as mood enhancers. If you feel depressed or otherwise bothered by your mood, please seek professional help. Secondly, steroids can (and probably will) at times make you feel down. Much more so after the cycle. Do not use them as antidepressants or recreational drugs, if you allow me this advice..

Your too young man. You have no foundation what so ever. You haven trained in 9 months and are want to use aas??

No good bud, your going to hurt yourself your connective tissue, body structure, and nervous system aren't ready for the strain of aas

Stop being lazy diet and hit the gym. Don't be a product of the instant gratification b.s. Things take time.

Your too young, and inexperienced in training. Take the time to learn your body and diet properly.

At your age with no recent training you will make more gains through a proper diet than a cycle.

Don't set yourself up for a lifetime of limp dick and e n otional problems cause you were headstrong and young man who wouldn't heed advice.

I'm telling you bro everyone is going to tell you the same things...

    1) Too young

    2) No training experience

    3) No diet = no gains

We are here to help you, not teach you how to destroy yourself. Hit the diet and nutrition section, lift hard till your 24 and then hit the juice and look like a monster.

You havent worked out for 9 months, and to look good at the beach in 5 months youre going squirt oil in your ass, probably in the mindset that you are going to look like the hulk within a couple of months...

Youre young, and you dont have much training experience. And i didnt see any stats. If your steroid use had some purpose i could understand it, but only to "speed things up"? Their not gonna speed up shit if your diet and training isnt on point, which i think is the case since you havent done this for almost a year.

If youre so desperate to look good in the summer, just do a f*cking cut. Meanwhile, read this. Contains all the basics:

Appreciate everyone's input. The only reason I've been out of training is because I'm in demolition as a trade I work 5am - 6pm 6 days a week it's really tough work it's more physical than a good session down the gym I reckon lol but on a serious note it's just the past few months of work I literally crash on the way home in the van. Really has worn me out the passed few months as soon as I sit on the couch when I get home I conk lol

Another thing it's only 2 months to summer for me and also I'm a really happy person I don't suffer from depression or anything like that just heard from a few users that they reportedly feel overall better on cycles

Step out of your little box, and come in to the real world. In this world, steroids are supplements thats used to enchant someones already developed physique. In the wrong hands, they can f*ck you over like nothing else.

Your attitude is off i think. "Only 2 months to summer". Shows how immature you are. Steroids arent a quick-fix, they arent magic. There is a saying about steroids; "youre on till youre done". You need some serious willpower to only take them once.

For your own sake, take your time and educate yourself about steroids. Read articles, google, ask questions. There will be a summer next year, and every year after that.

all that can be changed by your diet. I came on this forum with the exact same ideas looking to juice I work long days got it wasn't good that I didn't have time for it blah blah blah.

I changed my diet for the better and noticed the dramatic increase in energy.

I spent 16 hours a day on a natural gas pad. Sometimes 18 my entire job was walking up a 45 degree incline with 150 pound 12 foot long pieces of steel. And when I changed my diet I still have plenty of energy to come back and hit the gym.

it really comes down to determination and how bad you want to have the body. If its something you seriously desire then you will put in the proper time training and focus into your diet to reap the rewards you seek. All the juice in the world won't help you if you don't have the basics down.

There is an entire nutritional and diet forum here. Have a look, read, learn, postulate a diet and post it for critique.
