You should train for your goal. Not sure what the purpose of this set up would be? Cardio conditioning? Triathlon? Iron man?

It would definitely be something fun to do. Easy or not would depend on your training level and how hard you push yourself. If its timed then it could be killer however when someone mentions time I think about crossfit which Im not a fan.

    Like better:
    -run 10k in the morning
    -swim 1200mt lunch time
    -cycle 50kms at evening

...but was training for half ironman.

(end up not participating due to personnal problems )

    Yikes, no thank you. lol

i guess now that i think about it, my current goal is recomp and being competitive in today's' shrinking military. basically the same thing. hopefully tomorrow is decent too and the day after that until Saturday. i don't create the programs. i just dictate when they happen most of the time unless somebody else higher is running that days session.

i've got a youngin who likes to train everyday and does a good job at creating sessions off the cuff. another one of mine is weak and needs the conditioning to increase his scores. he needs to bulk up to, but that's really up to him. in a way i do it for the weak one as is part of my job.
