    Thumbs up What should I run for my first ever cycle?

    I've been doing a lot of reading and have some idea's but haven't officially decided on what I which I want to go with. I've been reading a lot of other people's threads, but everyone is different so I figured I'd post my own to get more specific advice, additionally it can be a learning experience for all of us, because I would try my best to post before during and after pictures so everyone can see the results.

    I'd rather stick away from needles. I don't really like them, but if it must be then it must be. I'm not completely against them. However, I also know I have a pretty capable liver so orals shouldn't mess anything up too bad. Don't care at all about changes in my mentality at all while on cycle. Mood swings, aggression, shit like that has never really been a problem for me. Also, I would like to stay as far away from GYNO as possible. Also, would like to try and avoid waterweight as much as possible. I want to keep as many gains as I can although I know some will be lost. I also heard Anavar was good for that.

    Since I want to stay as far away from Gyno as possible, Anavar seems to be popping up a lot since it doesn't aromatize. Although Anavar is primarely used for cutting and definition, I've read numerous stories of people who have gained 10-15 lbs of muscle on it during a cycle, while cutting fat. That sounds great to me, except there are a lot of people saying if I run an Anavar only cycle that I can count on my dick never working again and that anyone who runs an Anavar only cycle is an idiot. They say you have to run this or that as a base, while using AI and all sorts of shit.

    I think it would be easiest to find out what I should do if I showed you where I am currently, and where I want to be. These following pictures are not of me, but are as close as I could find on google images. I will try to post real pictures of me when I get the chance to take some updated ones.

    As far as my stats, I am:

    22 Years Old
    5'10 - Haven't grown in years
    190 lbs currently - Have been hovering between 185-190 for years.
    Don't really want to get into diet, sleep, supplements, stuff like that, I already have my gameplan for all that figured out. This thread is solely about what gear I want to use.

    I am looking to figure out what stack I should use. Try to give your recommendations as specific as possible but I'm still ultimately going to make my own decision based on the answers I hear and information I learn. This is all THEORETICAL.

    For example a good stack might look something like:
    ___mg of ____ per day/week for ____ weeks
    along with

    _____________________________________

    Also, what might be a good PCT to run afterwards?

    Any other input is also appreciated. Let me know what you think.
