Hello all. I wanted to get some feedback on my cardio sessions. most of them look similar to this -. Im wrestling with the idea of what zone I need to be in to burn fat. I've heard that you should be between 60 to 70% MHR. seems like I'm a bit above that very often but I have a hard time getting myself to back off. i almost feel guilty slowing down if I feel like I can keep the pace up, even if I'm at 80%. am I being counterproductive? any recommendations and critiques are welcome.
