So we all, or at least I'd say a lot of us, have that one body part that isn't the most fun to train. For me...it's leg day. I still work out legs but I don't feel like I enjoy it as much as my other workouts and in that sense I don't feel like I give it my all. So my question is....what do you all do to push your hardest on those body parts you don't enjoy training? Is there a trick or a way to get into the mindset that works? I appreciate everyone's input. And if you are the type that loves all body parts I welcome your opinion too. Thanks in advance![]()
