Here as a 30 year old WOMAN my prep would begin with 25 and increase to 50 mg per week, probably combined with 70mg weekly winstrol.
A friend of mine, again, woman, on low carb and good yet not extreme workout got shredded like a pro competitor when taking 50mg tren and while not eating s**t, she didn't quit drinking (talking about 3 rum/cola cocktails plus some wine daily to get the idea).
If I had a good diet and training but kept on drinking like that there would be NO WAY to get extemely lean. This is why I asked on a woman 50 mg a week (25 mg injections twice) is actually strong enough to eat sugar & water retention while still building muscle.
