For example, if my low point last time was 30cm and my high point was 35cm, I waited until I was 35cm this time before starting to take measurements again. So the gains I've been making (and recording this time around) have been from all new muscle growth and not from my muscles rebounding to where they were before. And I think I did acknowledge in one of my other posts on this thread that I know there's a point that we all stop growing. The human body only has but so much potential. And FYI, muscles don't HAVE memory, you can mislead someone that doesn't know anything about working out.
I hope that doesn't sound like I'm coming down on you, I tend to be streight to the point and people think I'm being mean or something. I appreciate your comments and they may give someone reading them some idea of what to expect when they only work out off and on like I've done.
And I just made up those measurements, I don't have my chart infront of me. But the gains I mentioned earlier are accurate.
Thanks again.
