Ok guys...I'm not sure what forum to post this in, but my shoulder is f*ckin killing me. I'll try to explain as best as possible. The hard bump inbetween the delt and the trap feels like it got hit with a baseball bat, and its a little swollen. I figured it was just a bruise from resting the bar on it while squatting, but i did traps yesterday and i woke up this morning and it was 10 times worse. The obvious suggestion is to lay off it for a while, but I want to know if this is possibly something serious.
