Which Celebs do you think take Gear?
Hi all
I always wondered which celebs took stuff to enhance their physique for films.
I reckon..
Brad Pitt in Troy
Edward Norton in American History X
Christian Bale in American Psycho (great film!)
I'm only guessing but what do you guys think?

noticed the jawline on Bradd Pitt lately??? I think he is a perfect example of lots of gear, no discipline or intense training.

What does the jawline have to do with AS. The only thing I can see if it be used by females then yes in males its irrelevant.

I dont know if he did gear .. but id say that Ryan reynolds guy in Blade trinity may have hit the sauce abit, he did look more bloated than in van wilder and MUCH bigger... actually, I get people comin up to me all the time sayin I look like that dude.
I hope not, he looks really really tired and semi gahy and just almost handicapped.
dammit, better than lookin like Messy UK ....

I mean sh!t I'm bigger and more cut than Pitt, Norton and Bale were in those movies. And you have to remember they make millions of dollars, have dieticians and trainers, have their own chefs and most importantly have all the time they need to workout and rest.

I saw Chyna on Howard Stern last night. She was acting all cracked out and making no sense, just making a spectacle of herself. They asked her if she ever juiced, which is like asking a German if he likes bratwurst. She denied ever juicing and used some cracked out explanation as to why the question itself was absurd. It was actually disturbing watching her like that.

i think they juice for sure man, they go from shit to great in months. ****ing ryan reynold put on 20lbs in 3 months while cutting up. i saw him on regis and he said he lost all of it after the shoot.
Christian bale interview. That's alot of muscle to put on in a few months.
In The Machinist, which you shot immediately before Batman Begins, you lost an astonishing one-third of your total weight. How long did you have to rehabilitate your body and get back into shape?
It was a fair amount of time, but I was in such terrible shape that it was really tortuous. It was only about six weeks between finishing The Machinist and doing the screentest for Batman, for which obviously Chris Nolan had asked me to try and put on as much weight as I could, because he would find it very difficult to convince the studio to cast me if I was a beanpole. And in doing so, I overdid it, because I also was just enjoying gorging. I was ignoring all advice about, "You should take it slowly, your stomach has shrunk, just go with soups." I was straight into pizza and ice cream and everything, and just eating five meals in a sitting. My stomach, it just expanded really quickly.
How sick did you get?
I got pretty sick during that time! [laughs] But I enjoyed getting sick, I didn't mind it at all. So in that short amount of time, I did actually go from 121 right back up to 180, which is way too fast obviously. And that resulted in some doctors visits to get things sorted out.

Bale for sure....
I just heard a sound-byte where he says he went from 120 in The Machinist to 220 for Batman. The Machinist came out in Nov or Dec I think. If that's possible w/o gear, we'd all be pro by next Jan!

It's not that unreasonable to put on that much weight within a few months with his frame, especially when your emaciated like that. I put on 60 pounds in 4 months after i came out of the hospital and I'm only 5'8". Considering that carb repletion can put on like 10-15 pounds its not that hard to put weight on. So i would say its reasonable for someone who was starving themselves like he was to put on that much weight when they are bulking and training like he was. Keep in mind actors have personal chef's and the best personal trainers money can buy.

IMO the only people who are obviously on gear are Bob Sapp, the other gigantor guy from the longest yard and Michael Clark Duncan. But i wouldn't doubt it if LL and 50 were juicing, even though 50 is sloppy for someone on gear.

That's what I need, a personal chef! I'll check with my source

Vin Deisel isn't that big, he's like my build. Definately acheivable naturally. And he's always the same size, so i don't think he's on gear. And Ed Norton are you serious, he was like 170 pounds max in that movie, easily achievable naturally. But yeah the guy from friday and no holds barred, i think his name was Zeus in no holds barred and Deebo in friday. He was definately on something.
