i would like to also know guys coz since i bulked up my vertical feels like someones pulling me out of the air lol i been doing squats deadlift ab cruches wondering wat execises u guys know that might help.

is there a particular leg training that will help with burst strength?

There is workout I read in a mag about jumping from a platform with a medicine ball landing and tucking down into a squat position then jumping back up as high as you can. I am no trainer but jumping holding a heavy medicine ball should work should work everything you need.
