Tim Tebow
Tim Tebow looked pretty damn big in his first game with the Denver Bronco's today.
Bigger then most QB's that's for sure!
I was impressed

I am not a Florida fan, nor am I a Bronco fan, but I am rooting for him to succeed.

I am definitely rooting for him to succeed, he has looked pretty good too. A lot more arm strength than I thought.

BUST!! Mark my words!!!! Still flawed delivery. Arm strength has never been his problem,it was his delivery. His size could be a detriment because his 4.7 speed won't allow him to run the way he did in college. Players are much bigger and faster (defensive linemen in the league run 4.5 or better) and hits are much harder that is why he was injured after his touchdown run. Gotta remember most mobile quarterbacks coming out of college with 4.5 or better (Mike Vick, Donovan McNabb, Steve Young, Steve McNair). And he doesn't have the delivery to be a pocket mover like Ben Rothlisberger or Joe Flacco.
Tebow sells tickets but won't win championships...mark my words.

tebow is a stud. i can tell you this that josh mcdaniels is just itchin for a reason to start tebow. if orton screws up a few games tebow will get the call.

Based on what evidence? His collegiate career? How many football players had tremendous college careers only to peter out in the pros? Hmmmm, let me name a few Archie Griffin (2x heisman winner), Hershel Walker (decent NFL career but nothing of note), Charlie Ward (never even drafted), Jemarcus Russel (need I say more), Brian Bosworth (regardless of popular belief, the man did finish 2nd in the heisman balloting), the list goes on and on...

When he's pressured and flushed out of the pocket, that terrible delivery will rear it's ugly head. He's not NFL stock.
Seems like a good kid though.

Agreed.
College and NFL are two completely different ball games. Same goals, similar rules, but completely different way style of play. J russel has to be one of the biggest college to pro flops of all time.
As far as Tebow. I hope he does well and maybe after a few years in the league he'll get better with his overall game. I doubt he'll ever be an all time great but he may do well eventually.

my evidence is its whats flowing around the denver locker room. i no a few guys that are on the broncos, that i played with in college and played against. they all say that mcdaniels fav player is tebow, and they get the feeling that if orton ****s up that tebow will be the guy.

when the broncos start going down hill in the middle of the season like last year tebow will take over i guarantee. mcdaniels is ready to start the tebow era.
