A sad day for hockey - Roger Neilson: 1934-2003
Roger Neilson died of cancer at 69 years old. He is a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame and he received Canada's highest honour - the Order of Canada. It seems like he worked for almost every team in the NHL. He was the first coach to use video to prepare for games. He had no living relatives but 1300 people showed up to the Roger Neilson Tribute last year. A giant loss to hockey and people in general.
