    Protein Shakes...N-Large 2?

Right now I am 6'3 215. I've been working out really hard and eating non-stop. I want to hit close to 225 before I start my cycle. I am a college baseball player. I am looking at taking n-large 2 for my protein shakes and for a quick meal here and there. what do you guys think of n-large 2? it has 600 calories 52 g of protein but 28g of sugar. anything better I should look into?

alltheywhey protein makes a super mass one that i believe is a little cheaper in cost so check it out it's a little less calories and protein.

I like it for pre - post workout. That's about all I would use it for. You could get a better meal replacement if that is what you need it for.

what would be a better meal replacer? i am pretty good at packing big cooler full of meals for the day while i am away from the house. i just need mainly a protein drink and then on occasion a meal replacer but i need to gain weight.

This is a list of all meal replacements they carry, just start looking at the contents and nutritional info:

I used to swear by the stuff (Nlarge2) but for awhile now I have just been making my own shake recipes.

There are alot of bad sugars in most gainers and making your own recipe also helps you control what goes in it.

I would guess for the most part a meal replacement shake can be approached the exact same way...anybody?

Nlarge2 is the only whey protein supplement I use.

It's the only one that doesn't upset my stomach, tastes and mixes well, etc.

Its has worked pretty well for me. I have put on 25 lbs with the help of it. But it tends to make my stomach feel like a washing machine.
