ok so i recently decided to lose 20 lbs. i am currently 19 yrs old, 165lbs and 5'5 and ive got some pretty decent size/ strength. i used to be a very competative wrestler and extrememly all around fit guy. i know the key to losing weight and a gut is diet, and i have cleaned it up substantially. i dont have it to a science like i see suggested in alot of these forums, but its completely 180 degrees from what i was doing 2 weeks ago. as for supplements i take protein, glutamine, liver support and a multi. i recently purchased some animal cuts, CLA, R-ALA, sesamin, biotin, acetyl l carnitine and green tea. i was curious if anyone could give me tips as far as dosage and/or timing to take these. ive been out of the bodybuilding scene for about 18 months and i want to be back in shape come summer because i live in huntington and id hate to have to go surf in my t shirt. any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
