I live in Canada and its expensive but i found some on e-bay.ca that is well priced at 34$ for 1 month supply.

I have eard some good comments about this type of creatine.

What do you guys think?

i personally like it, i'll never use another kind of creatine again. that being said, it's still just creatine.

But you dont get the bloating from the monohydrate, i bloat like hell when i take that creatine, i might gain an inch on my arms but i also gain an inch on my waiste size and i dont eat that much either.

Sorry bro i have no clue what so ever.

I never used this creatine before only the monohyrate one that i loaded for 5 days at 30g a day and then took 10g for the rest of the cycle.

yea creatine isnt all that expensive you can also try true protein . com they have good prices but not sure on how good there creatine is but for 6.95-9.00/lb its worth a try
