    milk thistle

    what is a good milk thistle to take? i have tried twinlabs and gaia herbs.. anybody kno any better ones or are these just fine? should i take it everytime with an oral (dbol ) or with my meals or just at night?

    a good liver aid is Liv-52....it promotes growth as well...as I do not know how effectivly it promotes growth but it is a good liver aid
