200mg is a good dose, just be sure that other things dont contain a lot of B6 in them as well. example) pre workout drinks, multivitamins, protein, etc because you can overdose on B6 with as small of a dose as 500mg.

I wouldn't worry too much about overdose. Taking straight b-6 won't absorb that effciently since it isn't coupled with the other b vitamins. Also it would take day in and day out of high dosages to feel toxic effects since it is water soluble. 'As small as' indicates that it isn't absolute, what person did they use to come to this conclusion? A 180lb male or a 90 lb female? Food sources of vitamins depending on what form it is in and how processed the food is will determine the potency of a vitamin. Last point is that look at food it may say 'B-6 106% Daily Value,' well that means it has roughly 1.378 mg of vitamin B-6 (based on adult male rda) and like I said before not all or maybe none of it will absorb.
