Creatine mono
I just wanto do thsi right and i read when and ive been using for along time just want the right info..
I weigh 180 i workout at 8 pm.. How many grams of this shoudl i take?
the serving size is 5grams how should i use this?
5 before then 5 after workout or shuld i do 10 before and 10 after or 20 befor and so on.. anyhelp would be fine.. trying to bulk up.. thx

5grams before and after is fine. Make sure you stay well hydrated to ensure the effectiveness of the Creatine.

so i shuldnt do 10? and 10? cus sowmere i read that the 5 grams is no were near enough

5g pre and post will work. If you feel 20mg PD is what you'll need then by all means. Either way with each method you'll eventually hit saturation and the product will do it's thing.

IMO no, but I don't feel anyone should exceed this limit. It would be wasteful in my eyes.

to be honest you will get MUCH more return on your money if you fix your diet, you keep posting about supplements but haven't started a single thread in the diet section. you stated that diets don't work for you, but that's just because you haven't tried the right one yet.
in any event you shouldn't need 20/20

ive been taking creatine for a while, usually 5g post workout and usually half that on non workout days and its just as good when i started and was taking at 10g a day
