    test e for 1st cycle ok?

    i'm thinking about running a cycle of test e with clomid as my pct.... was told by a few people that deca wouldnt be good for my 1st cycle. what does everyone think?

    stats:
    height: 6'1
    weight: 176
    body fat: 6%

    Age is useless here.
    You need to severely re-evaluate your diet. At your height you should be 210 at the very least which can be attained by a solid diet and proper training naturally. Too skinny to be messing with synthetic hormones for various reasons.

    ok... the most i have ever weighed was 195

    That's great. Get back up to 200lbs and then consider a cycle. With your current stats listed it shows your nutrition intake is not up to par. And steroids will not help you achieve your goal without adequate diet intake.

    thx everybody. protein shakes, oatmeal, granola bars, tuna, baked chicken, peanut butter, and a consistent workout plan has helped me achieve the weight gain. im trying to get up to 200 by mid september.
