When to change your diet?
Hey All, not sure if there was a nutrition forum, but thought I would post this here. I know that you are supposed to change up your workout every three months or so, because you peak out. But has anyone noticed any benefits from changing up your diet every few months? And this is more of a maintenance question. As I know that when you are bulking the your diet is obviously different than when cutting. More has anyone seen any befits from swapping out things like chicken for turkey or cottage cheese for yogurt. Thanks in advance.

Hi SilverBuilt,
Thanks for realizing the importance of changing diet with everyone.
Yes I know the importance of changing diet. I change my diet daily as to get balance food to meet requirements of our body.
I have started gym last month and I am having diet plan to lose my extra weight quickly.
