Calcium abd sodium
Mine are high for some reason which I think I know what is causing this but I have no idea on calcium. I drink milk but its not like a gallon a day maybe a week. One of my friends is a retired sof medic said there are supplements for lowering calcium levels but didn't know the names. Does anyone know or have experience with this?

It could be just dehydration making them look high, also anti acids can increase the calcium
