    Beyond pumped

A few months ago, Austinite posted his supplement regimen and provided some good technical information about supplements in general. I have always been interested in increasing my vascularity simply because I like the look of veins being pushed to the surface of the skin by explosive muscle growth. I took a couple of his vascularity recommendations and pressed them into service. Specifically, I began supplementing daily with 10mg liquid cialis, 3000mg arginine and 4000mg citrulline.

After a month of this regimen I have made some improvement in terms of vascularity. I will admit, I have not achieved the look I had hoped for, but it has only been a month. Also, i do have genetics and bf% working against my vascularity goals. Nevertheless, I have to say that one of the side effects that has been a pleasant surprise is the tremendous pumps I have been getting since starting this regimen. In fact, it is beyond pumped because it is virtually permanent. This effect is most noticeable in my biceps and triceps. I have added over a half an inch to my upper arm circumference since completing my test cycle and PCT. After an intense arm workout on fridays, my bi's and tri's are just fvcking tight for 2-3 days over my rest days (Sat & Sun). Then I'm into chest on Monday with heavy pressing on tri's and back on Tuesdays with heavy pulling on bi's. its like my arms are constantly pumped.

I would personally recommend this regimen to anyone that is between cycles and looking for a physical and psychological boost to optimize their workout results.

Not splitting any doses. I know that it is recommended to take 5mg cialis 2x/day. But I do not notice any difference in doing this so I have been taking it all at once for simplicity.

Liquid Cialis is roughly $2.50/ml. I take 0.3ml/day, so that's 75 cents per day. Arginine and citrulline are roughly $0.08/gram. I take 7g/day of the two combined, so that is 56 cents per day. All together, that's about $1.30/day.

Doesn't have to be twice per day with it's half-life.

Thanks. I'm actually considering postponing my test e/dbol cycle scheduled for August to see how long I can ride this wave!

Liquid cialis is available from forum sponsor, AR-R (top right corner). And the powdered supplements I get at Beyond-a-century.com.

Forgot to mention, I also take 5 grams of creatine monhydrate daily. I was taking this prior to the other supps, so I didn't attribute any of my gains to the creatine. But there may be some synergistic effects when combined with the other supps.

I too have been following the same routine and I concur! I usually shower/shave at the gym and when I train back and biceps, I can't bend my elbow enough to shave b/c of the INSANE pumps I get. When training chest, my anterior delts feel like they are literally on FIRE! My vascularity has increased but diminishes within 6 to 8 hours after my workout.

I HIGHLY reccommend this to everyone

My pumps have gotten even more insane this week when I switched my workout to hypertrophic. High reps (20+) to failure. I walk out of the weight room with my arms hanging by my sides like two logs, lol.

Since I LOVE this protocol, how does one maintain vascularity throughout the day? I saw a guy in line in front of me at UPS last night and he was vascular as hell...delts, bi's, forearms, calves.

I realize that bf% plays a role, but what If I ran the protocol 2x's per day, when I get up in the AM and then 1 hour before I workout?

On a positive note...my forearms and a bit of vascularity is present on my forearms and biceps. My calves and lower legs are vascular (probably due to gravity). In Feb I was 19.2% (calipers from trainer) then 14.8% at the end of May....striving for 12% by the end of July....

lol, well genetics play a role here too. Hit it twice a day, no harm done!
