What, that fucking routine is horrible! I'm just messin with you. lol. This is just my opinion, but when you do bi's, I would do barbell curls first because I think they're the hardest exercise out of your routine and then hammers last. When I do hammer's I do light weight to make sure that I'm getting proper form and squeeze it at the top of every rep and I also go very slow. But I'm with diesel, you should do like 4 sets instead of 3.

calves :/ fine fine il trow that in also can i use smith machine sometimes for incline chest instead of BB incline if i want to go heavy?
also 6-8reps right?

Let me just say thank you for finally posting workout questions in this forum, like I said the more people that post questions like these in this forum the busier this forum will get and more useful it will become. This has actually become my favorite forum, probably mostly because I have decided not to take steroids , but I think if people came to this forum first solved some of their workout problems they perhaps would not need to juice.
