Lat pulldowns with dhooks bar
Anyone ever do lat pulldowns with the dhooks bar? Since doing them, my biceps have gotten bigger and my lats are getting wider. My biceps peak has especially gotten more noticable since I started doing them.
Anyone else?

If you want a bit more bicep involved with lat pull downs all you need to do is use a reverse(underhand, suprinated) grip. By using the d that does it a wee bit but not that much.

Yes I have used the D its a nice switch. I actually stopped using it because it was hitting the biceps too much. I prefer a straight bar with thumbs out, relieving bicep tention and lets me focus on my lats
