    working out. problems.

    Hey all, I am not juicing, las ttime I used anything was deca and the last shot was about 13 months ago.

    Got my blood tested and everything was normal the doc said.

    This being said I work out like insane, want to get into a special warfare unit.

    Here is my workout plan:

    (pushups odd days)
    Tricep pushup (25x25x25)
    regular pushup (50x50x50)
    wide pushup (25x25x25)
    dive bomber pushups (15x15x15)

    (pushups even days)
    regular pushups (70x70x70x70x60x60x50x50x50x50xany extras)(min 600p/u's)
    -----------------------
    (every day)
    Situps fingers locked behind head (35x35x35)
    situps cross arm (35x35x35)
    flutter kicks (100x110x125)
    half situps(35x35x35)
    cruncher situps (35x35x35)
    atomic situps (35x35x35)
    Good morning darlings (100x110x125)
    neck rotations (50x50x50)
    neck lifts (100x110x125)

    lunges (4step 123-1 123-2)(50x50)
    squats (200x200x100)

    (every single workout weightless (only bodyweight)

    pull ups every other day:

    close grip palms facing out (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
    regular grip palms facing out (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
    wide grip palms facing out (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)

    close grip palms facing in (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
    regular grip palms facing in(10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
    wide grip palms facing in (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
    so total of: 330 pullups
    ------------------

    running, days 123 (3miles fast pace 25% downhill 75% uphill)
    running, days 4 (5-7 miles regular jog pace, 50% slight uphill 50% slight downhill)
    (restart days 123-4-123-4-etc)

    .................................



    Now I mean this has been working out great have been at it for months.

    But lately I have been having trouble sleeping, I can sleep for about 6 hours max then I just wake up and cant sleep any more. What could be causing this? I mean I WEAR myself out until bedtime so it cant be energy stored up and been off the juice for over a year. Any advice?


    Do you think I could add more to my workout without over training?


    Got a good diet eat only raw oats in skimmed milk for my first 2 meals,............. next 2 meals are whole grain bread, no butter, a slice of ham.............. next meal, meal of boiled wheat (bulger) and porkchop,.............. next meal chicken filet with a slice of whole grain bread and a salad...................... before I go to bed 1 can of tuna and protein shake.

    Absolutley NO refined sugar, caffine, etc in my diet. not even a little ever.

    Does this look ok?


    Please give any advice you can see as helpfull.

    And the goal is special warfare unit, not being a monster ++ interested in things I can do anywhere even on my hikes while im in the middle of the woods, so all workouts bodyweight only.

    Not really sure about the sleeping...perhaps it is due to something not lifting related.

    However, a side note - looks like you def need to up protein

    Hey,.. how much more protein should I be going for, as it is:
    Meal:

    1...20 g protein
    2...20 g protein
    3...15g protein
    4...15g protein
    5...50g protein
    6...30g protein

    then the before bed protein + tuna can= 60g protein


    how much more should I be shooting for?

    At least 1g/lb bodyweight... 1.5 if you're trying to put on muscle.

    I wouldn't sleep either if the last thing I had was tuna...

    If it is sleep you are worried about try melatonin or some milk 1/2 hour before bed. (although I think the melatonin is more placebo effect)
