I do back and biceps on the same day. When working the back you incorporate biceps and then you can immediatly hit the biceps at the end for a great workout of both. Also, working back and biceps on the same day helps to prevent overworking the biceps as well.

Some people prefer to work them on a day other than back day. The key is to make sure you dont over do it. When you work your back you are already working your bis so if you work your bis a day or so later you are working them again without much rest so you just need to know your body well enough and be sure you arent overdoing it.

Personally though I would prefer just hitting both shoulders and bis with high intensity all at once instead of having to lower the intensity of the bis on a different day so I dont over do it.
