    As an FYI, I will be adding Test in my next cycle as I wanted to do Deca alone to experience the effects in order to isolate any future problems. Thus far after two injections, I am having no problems and am guessing things will continue as scheduled. I like to take things slow and felt this was a good way to sort out my body's reactions to new chemicals. Test should be an interesting addition next time around.

    Note: Something about the synergy of Dianabol with injectables creates water retention that I did not experience in a Dianabol-only cycle just months before at the same dosage.

    Vin it seems a lot of people get the idea you're trying to bulk... at least with all the discussion of # of sets and diet. You're just trying to maintain your current weight and add to endurance?

    Anyways, my workout was similar when I was training for SAR on my ship. Looks pretty intense! I'd recommend subbing some of the supps like a protein bar for whole foods but in reality it probably just boils down to personal preference. I can't afford the damn bars that much with all the other shit + food that I buy. Log looks pretty good and I look forward to checkin it out as time goes by!

    Yes, that's very much my goal; to stay close to the size I am now with no more than 10 lbs of gain in the next 8 months.

    Believe me, I'd love to sub out the bars for real food but the real food is actually more expensive than the bars right now. (Vice versa from where you're at) I like chicken/fish/bison a LOT more than these bars, I have to say...
