Inner Top of the Pectoral WTF?

I need to build on the inner part of the top of my pectorals. I'm thinking close grip incline bench. Any other ideas?

That sounds like a pretty intense w/o

I find that I can angle my body down or futher up while also adjusting the height of the cable to fucus more on the lower or upper pectoral. For pec isolation, I usually use the cable crossovers. They help with full range strength and basic size more than dumbell flys, IMO

I use Bumbell presses more than flat/incline bench when doing chest days. Seems to be a more well-rounded w/o that uses more stabalizer muscles than a straight bar. I get much better strength gains this way. I rarely ever do heavy sets of bench and save all that energy for the presses
