Hardcore Gym in Brisbane - Gold Coast

This topic is for the Aussie members and is a bit of a long shot but I thought I'd put it out there. Mods, sorry if i've posted in the wrong section.

Does anyone know a remotely hardcore gym in the Brisbane/Gold Coast area? Most of the gyms around are Fitness First type places that dont create the atmosphere i'm after. I'm not expecting to find a MetroFlex anywhere, just somewhere with some like minded people training hard.

I'm just looking for a place that competitors and/or people who are serious about their training go to, where the emphasis isnt on yoga and bike classes, and where out-of-shape PTs arent teaching people to bounce medicine balls in the middle of the free weights area.
