    Need advice on a muscle

    I am able to get the results I want out of all muscle groupls, but there is that one muscle that I cant get to cooperate with me. Can anyone give me some advice on how to work the upper and inner chest area? I can't seem to get any results at all in those areas. Any advice is very appreciated.

    Incline bench press/incline dumbbell flyes for the upper chest. Cable crossovers work well for the inner pecs.

    try doing lower cables they have worked wonders for my inner chest can start to see the divide coming slowly now.

    yes,m8intl is right, also using shoulder width grip (Olympic bar) on your incline as well as flat bench will work the inner chest.the wider the grip the wider parts of the chest it works.that is just my opinion.

    Thanks for the advice I have been getting a little irritated because that seems to be the hardest area to work and everything I have tried I haven't been able to see any results. Again thanks and I will give it a try

    I find military press to be another good exercise that hits the upper chest. Thanks for the inner chest tip crazyhorse, anyone got any other ideas for inner chest that dosn't involve cables? I know I should pay for a gym membership lol

    Db flyes work really well for me especially incline db flyes. Try to work on incline if you can.

    Upper chest can be corrected by incline press with a good shoulder width grip. Dumbbells are great for this as well. Military press with a steep incline (almost 90 degrees) is good too but it will also put a lot of emphasis on your front delts.

    As far as inner chest flys with strengthin the muscles but overall your natural genetics will dictate the valley between your boobies. Some people have a small gap, while others have a huge one. It's basically a crap shoot on that one.
