what rep range for lean cut muscles?
i am really trying to cut i covet that hard lean muscle im trying to totally tone out what rep range should i go for

I dont really think rep range has much to do with how lean your muscle look. This is usually strictly a bodyfat issue. That said sticking with in the 8-15 rep range the majority of the time will work the white fibers best which are the most condusive to growth.

I agree with fireguy. I like the 12-15 range though, but everyone's different. Obviously, diet and cardio play significant roles.

Everyone is different and genetics play into it also but 8-12 rep range seems to be the target in general. Also try a test,tren ,winni cycle and it might help you!

Don't focus on a reps scheme. You really wanna try explosive training. Concentrate on execution, explode every inches of the concentric range of motion, lower under control. This is done on basic compound mouvements. It builds great tremendous power and density in the fast twitch fibers.

wouldnt focus on rep range but keep it intense,try using 30seconds to 1 minutes rests between sets,and super or giant sets.
