wrist pains
over the last two years I have been getting wrist pains. They come and go but recently gotten worse as far as pain goes. I think its tendonitis. It hurts when I move my wrist side to side or if I fully open my hand. Does anybody else have this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it or at least help it so it doesn't effect my workouts as much, like wrist wraps or something.

it sounds like what i have.. which is carpal tunnel
i got a wrist brace and a TENS machine (google it)
and it helps the pain and the amount of how much it comes and goes too.
my doc wants to do surgery but with the help of the above mentioned things while also makin sure you keep your wrists nuetral all day every day has helped alot.

yeah i wear em for back day. they dont have an affect good or bad. my wrist aches all the time. but when i push weight it kills. but when i pull weight its fine.
the TENs machine helped me a shitload. and you can use it for anything. strained back. tension in the neck. all that stuff
