Out of town away from my home gym help!!!
I work out at home. I spent a good bit of time any money putting together my home gym and that's the way I prefer to train. I feel it helps me focus and push harder that way. So I have recently started working out of town which only gives me three nights I'm a row to train hard. What can I do to retain my gains when off cycle? How can I make gains when on cycle? I have limited space to bring any weights with me and am most likely doing all training in my hotel room. Please help me set up a routine including the three days I'm at home, for both maintenance and gains. Just in case I'm not feeling it or I have the itch to get heavy,Is there a large gym franchise that I can pay month to month membership that is good at all locations?

Some hotels provide small but efficient training rooms. Call the hotel your staying at and find out.
How long will you be gone for?

Not when the boss is paying for the room....weight room?? Hell I'm happy to get clean sheets lol. At the least I will be gone for my entire pct, maybe 2 or 3 months.

Yeah that's what I was worried I would have to do. Hopefully someone in my situation will chime in. I have looked in the area I'm in and all have a 6 month to a year contract.

Drop sets would be great to implement into your routine. I've found my body chemistry responded better to this type of training compared to my average routine.
